140 Club DrawI am pleased to confirm the results of the monthly draw held last Friday evening:- 1st Prize £200 – Ball 97 Carmen Jones
- 2nd Prize £80 – Ball 101 Jim Donnelly
- 3rd Prize £40 – Ball 104 Elaine Owen
Congratulations to the three winning members.
Also thanks to Dee Shepherdson for drawing the balls and Kevin Shepherdson for being our witness/scrutineer.Next draw: Friday 24th April 2026Membership Blue Card CheckDuring April, I have asked the bar team to undertake membership checks if they are unsure whether somebody in the club is a paid up member for 2026. Please do not be offended if you are asked to produce your Blue Membership Card; the team is only doing its job as required under our licensing responsibilities.We have had an increasing number of people recently advising that they are members when in fact they are not!GuestsJust a quick reminder regarding guests:- If a member is looking to bring more than two guests in for a gig or other event, would they please let the bar staff know so we can keep a check on numbers in the club.
- When a member leaves the club, their guests must leave as well.
- Guests cannot play the fruit machines (bandits) or the tab machine by the bar. If found to be playing the machines, they will be asked to stop immediately by the bar staff.
- The member introducing guest(s) is responsible for their guests’ behaviour at all times whilst in the club.
