Hi everyone
140 Club Draw
I am pleased to confirm the results of the monthly draw held last Friday evening:
- 1st Prize £200 – Ball 80 Jim Donnelly
- 2nd Prize £75 – Ball 132 Rob Greasley
- 3rd Prize £25 – Ball 57 Peter Brayfield
Congratulations to the three winning members. Would Jim, Rob, and Peter let me have their bank details, when I will then arrange for the funds to be credited?
The club has had to revert back to the value of prizes paid in the year One, as unfortunately 20 members did not make the first month’s payment of £5. Their numbers are still allocated to them if they wish to start in September.
Also thanks to Rob Whitfield for drawing the balls and Vikki Emery for being our witness / scrutineer.
Next draw: Friday 25th September 2026.
Saturday 5th September 8pm
Eternal Star of Queen is on stage this Saturday at 8.30pm for what is sure to be a brilliant evening.
Friday 18th September 8pm
Continuing the 140th Anniversary celebrations, the club has booked Magic Amit, the well-established magician and hypnotist, for the evening. Please save the date!
Best wishes
Sharon
