November Update

Hi everyone,

With the month rushing by and Christmas fast approaching and so much going on at the club, I thought I would provide an update for the rest of November, followed by a later update regarding December and Christmas events:

• 19th November – Vinyl Night with DJ Derek. This month’s theme “Weather”
• 21st November – Thursday, Jazz Lunch 12.30pm – 2.30pm with The Jazz Crew
• 22nd November – Friday, Al Sansome Blues Band 2pm – 4pm
• 28th November – Thursday, Jazz Lunch 12.30pm – 2.30pm with The Jazz Crew
• 28th November – Thursday, Jazz Evening – The Regenerates 8pm start
• 29th November – Friday, Al Sansome Blues Band 2pm – 4pm
• 29th November – Friday, 120 Club Draw 6.30pm
• 30th November – Saturday – Club Gig, The Northern Line

Thursday & Friday Music in the club

Just to let you know, the Jazz Crew and the Al Sansome Blues Band have now been playing for two weeks in the club and the events have been very well attended and successful. It was very nice to see the club being used during normally quieter periods.

It is also pleasing to advise that approximately 40% of those attending last Friday were existing club members and already we have received seven new applications to join the club from the Blue Band followers. I believe that this will increase as the weeks go by – I will keep you updated.
