Andy Talbott
It is with the deepest sorrow that I have to advise the very sad news that club and committee member, Andy Talbott, passed away during the early hours of this morning at The Queens Medical Centre Hospital in Nottingham.
Andy, who was aged 61, first joined the club 12 years ago this week and was a well known and very popular member of both the club and the wider Clarendon Park community.
Unfortunately, on August 10th, Andy suffered a bad fall resulting in serious trauma to his brain. Despite the very best efforts of all those at the QMC, the damage to his brain was too severe to survive and the decision was made to switch off his life support over the weekend.
When I have further details regarding the funeral arrangements, I will advise by email.
My deepest condolences to Becky and all Andy’s closest friends and colleagues – Andy will be sadly missed.
