Hi everyone

120 Club

I am pleased to advise that 119 members have now either paid in full or set up monthly payments – many thanks, The final member will be doing so today or tomorrow. This is a great effort – many thanks.

We have reallocated three numbers to members on the waiting list, where people opted out or didn’t meet the payment deadline. We have had to change one player’s number, but otherwise we are now ready to go. By Friday, the Purpose and Rules of the 120 Club will be posted on one of the notice boards in the lobby.

First draw is around 6pm on Friday 30th August in the main room. In charge of proceedings – Matthew Watters. First Prize £200, second £75 and third £25. Matt has had two practice runs and all went well.

Please see attached spreadsheet with formal details of numbers allocated.

The column in red, “Draw No” lists the ball number for the draw.

Jazz Night – 29th August, 8pm.

Don’t forget we have the very talented “Corner Pocket” playing on Thursday. Always good entertainment and regular performers at the club. It will be a top night.

As usual, when Peter and the gang play, there will be cheese and biscuits, pork pie etc at the bar.

Worcester Christmas Fayre – Thursday 28th November

We are now up to 60 bookings for this trip, which proved to be very enjoyable last year.

An 84 seater coach has been booked, so if you would like to go, please either email me or contact Rebecca and her team, who can take the booking.
