Hi everyone

The GT’s Gig – Saturday 2nd November

I regret to advise that this Gig has had to be cancelled, because one of the band members has just been diagnosed with a brain tumour and rushed to Coventry Neurological Hospital – this is very sad news and we send him our very best wishes.

Matt Watters will try and find a replacement band playing the same type of music and I will advise immediately if we are successful.

Dates for your Diary

• Wednesday 18th December 2024 – Christmas Luncheon (50 covers)
• Friday 20th December 2024 – Christmas Party

Posters to follow in the next day or so with full details, but Rebecca has the usual Names Lists behind the bar if anyone wants to put their names down now.

120 Club Draw

I am pleased to confirm that all 120 members have paid into the account for the draw this Friday 1st November at around 630pm. Prizes £200, £75 and £25 as normal. Good luck to all in the draw.

Music in the Club during next week

Just to advise the exciting news that there will be music in the club next week and hopefully on a regular basis for the foreseeable future.  Full details to follow as soon as possible, but we are just sorting out some formalities – watch this space.
