Hi everyone

Pool Team

I am thrilled to report that the Club Pool Team have won the Leicester District Pool League Summer 2024 Medal Trophy.

This is a tremendous effort as they had to overcome some very good teams. Congratulations to team captain Carl Thompson together with Jamie Johnson, Graham Taylor, Justin (Juggy) Williams and Steve Topps.

In the final the team was 6-4 down with three to play, but won them all to prevail 7-6.

Pictures and trophy presentation to follow, but well done to all.

Jazz Night – 19th September

This is a week early this month as the following Thursday clashes with a Jazz event in the city.

Featuring “Together  Again“, it is guaranteed to be a good night. Cheese and biscuits plus pork pie etc will be available at the bar.
