Ken Wright

It is with great sadness that I must advise that well-known and long-term club member Ken Wright passed away this weekend. I have no other details at the moment. Very sad news, and I would like to offer my heartfelt condolences to Lynn and all of Ken’s family.

Ken was born just 10 days before the Second World War ended in Europe, and joined the club in February 1985. He was very much a regular over the years. He had moved into Avenue Road around 1981.

Lynn has advised that, in keeping with Ken’s wishes, there will not be a funeral service. However, if anyone would like to donate in Ken’s memory, contributions to Dementia UK would be greatly appreciated. The link address is: https://gofund.me/dbf212e96
